At Smalls Sliders we are simple on purpose, which means we’ve created the perfect bite, or two in our cheeseburger sliders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering that perfect bite to serve in a key role at our restaurant.
As a Back of House team member, you will be responsible for the one thing Smalls Sliders serves: Cheeseburger Sliders. You’ll support and collaborate with your fellow Squad members to ensure the guest experiences the unexpected interaction we’ll be known for. As a Back of House employee you’ll be responsible for delivering cooked-to-order fresh patties made on the grill with perfectly melted cheese topped with a buttery bun.
