Media Coordinator

: Job Overview: InterMedia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media Client Coordinator to support our client services and media planning teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in media strategy, campaign execution, and client communications within a dynamic agency environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing weekly performance reports for clients summarizing campaign results.
• Partner with the Account Manager / Account Executive to support client communications and ensure. timely follow-up and deliverable coordination.
• Conduct initial review of weekly client data to verify accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development and refinement of media plans across linear, digital, and streaming platforms.
• Troubleshoot and flag media delivery issues or discrepancies across platforms.
• Prepare agendas and detailed call notes for weekly client status meetings.
• Contribute to campaign strategy sessions and help translate insights into action.
• Collaborate across media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Assist with billing and reconciliation processes, including matching vendor invoices to campaign plans and tracking spend against budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident presenter.
• Knowledge of social media and digital platforms a plus.
