About the Opportunity:

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Employee Wellness Partner responsible for developing and delivering Wellness Programs for all GPG employees assisting them in achieving their optimal mental, physical, and financial health. What You Will Need:

• 2 years of experience actively involved in wellness program coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs and events simultaneously.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data and metrics.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external wellness providers.
• Experience developing and delivering engaging presentations and workshops to large groups.
• Computer literate with intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to research wellness programs which would best fit GPG’s diverse employee base, company culture and locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Occasional flexibility is needed to work different shifts, plus local and out-of-area travel.
• Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation, with successful background check.

What Will Set You Apart:

• AA or Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with employee benefits programs including medical, dental, life insurance, and voluntary benefits.
• Strong knowledge of basic, common benefits offering and processes, including plan design, open enrollment, rollouts, activations, and terminations.

Total Rewards: $26.00 - $29.00 / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
