Our practice is owned by one doctor and managed by a team united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. Responsibilities of the Scheduling Coordinator

  • Greet patients

  • Answer telephone calls

  • Schedule appointments

  • Collect and process payments

  • Maintain patient records

  • Communicate with essential team members to coordinate patient flow

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements of the Scheduling Coordinator

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train; however, experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus

  • Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day

  • Clear communication with patients and all team members

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Professionalism

Compensation and Benefits

  • Wage: $20–$25 per hour (DOE)

  • 90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase

  • 36–40 hour work week

  • Health insurance benefits available after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after the 90-day probationary period

  • 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually), doubling at year 3 of service

  • 5 days of sick pay per year

  • 5 paid holidays

  • Medical, vision, and dental benefits available

  • 401(k) with employer contribution
