Advertising Financial Analyst

The position services the business needs of numerous different Finance/Accounting areas, processes and functions (i.e. store inventories, warehouse claims, payroll processes, regulatory reporting, asset/property reporting, supply chain support, etc). Job responsibilities revolve around the Salesforce platform, and include:
- Designing and implementing complex calculations within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and reliable data outputs that support critical business processes.
- System Integrations: collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and execute Salesforce integrations with other systems. Ensuringseamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leveraging Salesforce reporting tools to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and align Salesforce solutions accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 6+ years of business / tech experience
- Experience in project management / planning
- Advanced communication skills
- Advanced PC skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong leadership and team facilitation skills
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours
