This role is a remote, full-time, work-from-home position that reports to Episource's Call Center Supervisor.

Learn how you'll impact Episource:

• Leverage your people passion. You'll leverage your solid customer service skills and contact Episource's premium and high-value provider offices about our chart retrieval scheduling.
• Serve as a stakeholder advocate. As our Team specialist, you'll establish and manage effective communication and reporting methods among global team members, proactively resolving escalations and significant issues with internal stakeholders.
• Observe with an eye for improvement. Conduct project reporting, management, and data analysis using spreadsheet reports to track project benchmarks and recommend changes based on project needs and deliverables.
• Act as a project manager. You'll create, manage, monitor, and track project tasks, facilitating Episource project managers to implement changes.
• Serve as an organizational SME. Using your meticulous eye for detail, you'll perform confidential administrative tasks that require a high degree of expertise, ensuring a smooth operation of the department.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

• In your first three months at Episource, you'll have mastered our Salesforce application and outreach processes and procedures. By this time, you'll maintain outbound calls daily. Efficiently manage Episource Team Lead escalations.
• Throughout your next six months at Episource, continue to master Salesforce and lead projects communicating with appropriate stakeholders. You'll produce powerful Salesforce reports using the platform.
• By the end of your first year at Episource, you will be able to understand and effectively navigate through the use of the Salesforce tool and fully understand your role as well as overall outreach processes.

Here is what you'll bring to the Expert Teams at Episource.

• Two+ years of experience in a call center environment (preferably healthcare)
• Salesforce Application Knowledge
• Super Communication Skills
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office and G Suite)

Here is a good-to-have for the role at Episource:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of HIPAA and PHI

Salary Rate: $18-$22/hour

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
