Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in customer support and administration in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person

Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and email correspondence

Support internal teams with customer-related inquiries and service needs

Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate when necessary

Work collaboratively with peers and other departments to resolve customer issues

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients and team members

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred
