Junior Architect
Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in eleven offices. Our Los Angeles office is seeking designers with 3-5 years of work experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail.
What We Are Looking For:
As a Junior Architect/Designer at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand both architectural design and documentation processes
- Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
- Contribute to construction documentation phases by executing red-marked revisions
- Work collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Participate in the conceptualization of design projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of continuous professional working experience
- Excellent design skills
- Technical experience using Revit
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in construction documentation is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
