Endodontic Assistant

Specialized Chairside Assisting: Provide strong chairside assistance during endodontic procedures, including root canals, efficiently utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
Patient Experience: Actively ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout all stages of treatment.
Sterilization and Compliance: Perform accurate instrument sterilization and adhere strictly to all dental sterilization procedures and safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Clinical Organization: Efficiently manage equipment, treatment rooms, and clinical inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Records Management: Maintain accurate patient file records and assist with filing and greeting dental patients.
Training and Growth: Participate actively in paid training and on-the-job learning regarding advanced endodontic technology and techniques.

full-time $25 - $35 per hour

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Typical Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of dental terminology and experience in four-handed dentistry.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in instrument sterilization and maintaining clinical organization.
Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and genuine motivation to learn and work effectively in a team.

Software Experience: Familiarity with specialized dental programs such as TDO, Carestream, and DEXIS.
Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting (while not required, it is appreciated).
