We are a dynamic fitness center dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Our team is passionate about providing personalized training experiences in a supportive environment. We are seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team and make a positive impact on our clients' fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments: Conduct thorough fitness evaluations to understand clients' goals, limitations, and health histories.
Customized Program Design: Develop and implement personalized workout plans that align with clients' objectives, whether it's weight loss, strength building, athletic performance, etc.
A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading safe, engaging, and effective group exercise classes tailored to a variety of fitness levels. This role offers a dynamic and synergistic way to enhance your personal training business and grow your fitness career in an energetic, team-focused environment.
Instruction & Motivation: Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing continuous encouragement.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly tracking and assessing clients' progress, along with adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Nutritional Guidance: Offer basic nutrition advice to complement fitness routines and promote overall health.
Safety & Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, proper form, and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the training environment and equipment.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate client records, including session notes and progress report
Qualifications
Certification: Current Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
CPR/AED Certification: Valid certification required.
Experience: Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred.
Education: A degree in Exercise Science or a related field is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Ability to design and implement effective fitness programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Certifications: Specializations such as Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Technology Proficiency: Experience with fitness tracking apps and virtual training platforms.
Bilingual Abilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus. ***Add specific languages examples***
