Locum Home Health Physician Assistant- Flexible - Multiple Locations - CA license- $75-$85/hr
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for flexible coverage starting ASAP and is ongoing. 🏥 Job Details: Specialty: Primary Care / Home Health
Setting: In-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
Schedule: Flexible schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required Contract Length: Ongoing – short-term or long-term options available
Start Date: January 5, 2026 (credentialing required)
Average Visits: 6–9 per day
Charting Software: Client EMR Work Details: Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations
Review medication and medical history
Perform physical evaluations
No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans ✅ Requirements: Active California NP or PA license
Board Certification: Primary Care
Education: Master’s degree required
Comfortable performing in-home evaluations independently
No background or malpractice issues that could delay credentialing 📋 Credentialing: Estimated timeframe: 7 days to 2–3 weeks
