Required Skills & Experience

• ✔️ 7+ years in Technical Program Management or similar role
• ✔️ Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• ✔️ Strong collaboration with Engineering & Product teams in Agile environments
• ✔️ Experience managing external partners, vendors, or enterprise integrations
• ✔️ Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and platform development
• ✔️ Skilled in managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
• ✔️ Strong executive communication & presentation skills
• ✔️ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools

⭐ Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in regulated industries (fintech, gaming, healthcare)
• Familiarity with PMO structures and enterprise frameworks
• Experience leading partner integrations or platform rollouts (B2B/B2C)
• Exposure to payment systems or compliance workflows
• PMP / PMI-ACP / SAFe or similar certification
• Experience managing 20+ stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field
