Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a successful, privately held, $75M company, is looking for an Account Supervisor. Responsible for overseeing a highly collaborative team, an Account Supervisor’s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by executing multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join our team in either Northern or Southern California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the profitability, growth, and development of accounts
• Build strong relationships across all accounts and throughout the industry
• Manage all financial aspects of individual projects
• Manage the operations and budget of the account team
• Effectively lead a team of Project Administrator(s) and Project Manager(s)
• Ability to travel to job site(s) and/or customer facing meetings

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to reflect and look at big picture to lead project team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to promote customer loyalty and deliver excellence
• Ability to meet financial goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction related project management and/or account management experience
• Previous commercial kitchen equipment related experience
• Technical skills to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings
• Bachelor of Arts Degree

This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position.
Salary: $69,000-$115,000 DOE
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 401(k) match, PTO, and company sabbatical
Location: Northern California and job sites in surrounding areas and possibly out of state
