Responsibilities:

Support early-stage development activities, including

brainstorming and rapid prototyping of game features

and mechanics

Coordinate day-to-day production tasks across multiple

teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team

Provide input on process improvements to optimize

development workflow

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Project Management, Communication, and Adaptability

Proven experience managing projects with strong

organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Adaptability to changing project requirements and ability

to handle unexpected challenges.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration

tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and Slack/Workchat.

2. Experience in Game Development

2-4 years of experience in game production or related

roles within the game industry.

Familiarity with the full game development lifecycle,

including concept, design, programming, art, and testing.

Experience working on early-stage game development

and prototyping is a plus
