Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

• Experienced Amazon Advertising & Merchandising Specialist to manage and optimize product visibility, sales performance, and brand presence on Amazon.
• This role combines data-driven advertising strategy with hands-on catalog merchandising to drive growth across the marketplace.
• Develop and execute marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions to drive customer traffic and sales in e-commerce retail.
• Create the media schedule to target prospects.
• Create interest and drive demand for products.
• Manage and coordinate any outside agencies.
• Marketing experience with emphasis on brand and collateral creation.

Skills:
Core Amazon Platform Skills:

• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Product listing optimization (titles, bullet points, descriptions)
• Keyword research for Amazon SEO (how ranking works inside Amazon, not Google)
• Managing variations (size, color, bundles)

Amazon Adversiting and Marketing:
Planning, lauching, and optimizing Amazon ads:

• Sponsored Products
• Sponsored Brands
• Sponsored Display
• DSP (i.e. Twitch media, Prime Video, OLV, CTV)
• Budget management and bid optimization
• Campaign structure and keyword harvesting / targeting
• Understanding customer journey within Amazon

Other Skills:

• Attention to detail (small listing changes matter a lot)
• Analytical thinking
• Communication (especially with brands, suppliers, or internal teams)
• Time management (handling multiple SKUs/campaigns)
• Interest in Gaming / Photography
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing and Business Administration
• 1-3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
• 1-3+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads or equivalent PPC
• Relevant Digital Advertising Certifications, such as:
• Amazon Advertising (Amazon Learning Console)
• Google Analytics certification
• PPC/paid media training
