Senior Piping Estimator
Senior Piping Estimator job in Orange County, CA
This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits package. We are a large, well established and growing mechanical contractor in Southern CA.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Chief/VP of Estimating
- Ensure accurate materials and labor costs
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for best pricing of materials for upcoming projects
- Coordinate with HVAC-Plumbing Divisions on final bids
- Communicate with Building Owners and Subs to discuss upcoming bids
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Commercial Piping Estimating experience
- OST Estimating software knowledge (preferably Trimble Accubid/Quickpen)
Preferred:
- Local in Southern CA
- Stable work-history
- Large commercial project experience
- Prior field experience
