Star Engineering Services, Inc. is a full service engineering, drafting, and project management company for the energy industry specializing in oil and gas. We have the knowledge and experience to service your needs from our conveniently located offices in Louisiana and Texas.

We are currently searching for a project manager who will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving market activation and sales activities across USA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Primary interface with the client for technical and commercial interests
Organize, staff, and manage the project team
Prioritization of work based on deliverable gating system
Coordination of multiple tasks during different project phases
Strategic planning
Proposal development
Cost, Time, Resource (CTR development)
Manpower forecasting
Level-l, 2, & 3 Schedule development
Project Profitability and Financial Reporting
Change management (MOC)
Risk and Opportunity mitigation/management
Subcontract Management
Client Satisfaction
Ultimate project execution responsibility
Qualifications :
Proven record in pursuit project management at a professional services organization – bonus points for experience managing cyber or IT-related pursuit processes
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Experience managing competitive tenders
Strong people management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment and negotiate across levels

Understanding of business dynamics including brand, business functions, regions, cultural differences, industries etc.
Knowledge of MS Office suite (with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Proven ability to produce high quality work while facing competing priorities and strict deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities and stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Language skills beyond English is a plus
