HR Manager - Generalist
A fun and exciting San Francisco based company making innovative healthy home & bathroom products seeks a full-time HR Manager, Generalist.
Privately held and backed by internet pioneers Mark Cuban and Dave Samuel, Brondell is a well-established manufacturing company that is growing fast. Our products are carried by many leading retailers, including Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes and our products have won numerous awards over the years. We are an industry leader in our current category niche (electronic bidet toilet seats and bidet attachments) and are continuing with our expansion into new healthy home product categories such as water filtration and air purification for the home. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:We seek experienced Generalist to join our HR team and help us shape the organization through the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on position that supports Chief HR Officer in all areas of HR.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage benefits and payroll.
- Manage recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop and execute training and development initiatives.
- Manage annual performance management cycle.
- Revamp and maintain HR intranet pages (hosted via SharePoint).
- Manage employee questions via email, Slack, phone, video, and in person.
- Maintain HR database with utmost confidentiality and security of data.
- Create, fill, copy, scan and file documents.
- Build and maintain HR trackers.
- Distribute paperwork as needed.
- Provide daily support to Chief HR Officer.
- Support compliance and communicate organizational policies and programs to employees and managers.
- Support employee engagement efforts.
- Support our core values: CARE for our customers, CARE for our products and CARE for our employees.
- Adhere to Brondell’s Safety Protocols.
- All other duties assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a small organization.
- Experience independently processing payroll through a PEO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn and adopt Brondell’s procedures is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Local to Bay Area and able to work out of San Francisco office when needed.
- Desire to succeed tempered by maturity and a good sense of humor.
This is a full-time and hybrid position in San Francisco; office visits are necessary. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm PST but are occasionally flexible if/when needed. Likewise, when things get busy and the critical business needs demand it, pitching in extra with everyone else is expected.
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $115,000.00.
