Chapter Director (Santa Rosa)
Chapter Director – YPO and YPO Gold (Part-Time)
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid / Primarily Onsite)
About the Client
YPO is the world’s largest leadership community of chief executives — a non-profit organization with over 36,000 extraordinary global members, across 142 countries, with the mission of coming together to become better leaders and better people. The Bay Area has two YPO chapters: (1) YPO (members under 50 years of age) and (2) YPO Gold (members over 50). These chapters sit within the greater international organization and are comprised of top business executives from the region.
Both chapters offer members unique opportunities to grow both personally and professionally by fostering a local community of change-makers. Members greatly value the opportunities to learn from peers by attending educational and social events, participating in networking groups, and taking advantage of other opportunities offered through the international network.
About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Chapter Director who is highly organized and execution-focused. This individual will serve as the operational backbone behind the Bay Area chapters, ensuring a high-quality member experience and smooth day-to-day operations.
This role is primarily executional, with a focus on coordination, communication, and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders while managing multiple moving pieces.
This role will report directly to the elected Chairs of the two YPO chapters while maintaining accountability to each chapter’s Board and supporting ongoing member engagement efforts.

- Support a seamless member experience—from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
- Help monitor engagement trends and gather feedback from members.
Chapter Operations
- Manage chapter communications including newsletters, emails, and event updates.
- Maintain chapter systems, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with regional and global YPO teams to share relevant updates and resources.
