Cleanroom Assemblers In Carlsbad On 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the manufacturing of medical devices, focusing on catheter assembly under a microscope. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Will assemble start to finish medical devices utilizing the microscope,
• Follow and adhere to sop, line clearance, and documentation practices.
• Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
• Successfully complete training on production tasks, understanding travelers/routers, identifying materials, and using production/inspection tools and equipment.
• Operate tools and equipment, and complete necessary documentation.
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality.
• Assist Engineers in developing process documentation.
• Receive verbal instructions and execute other assigned duties.
• Perform inventory counts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of assembly, production, or small electronics experience (will train).
• Prior experience with microscopes and medical assembly is preferred.
• Cleanroom experience.
• Ability to understand and perform in-process inspections to ensure quality of medical devices.

Work Environment

The role requires the use of safety equipment during lab work such as lab coat, gloves, shoe covers, and more.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlsbad,CA.
