Media Coordinator

About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile, format, and distribute weekly reports to the buying team and management.
• Review clearance reports and pre-logs to confirm order specifications.
• Assist in resolving credit discrepancies and coordinate with the accounting department regarding letters of liability.
• Provide supporting documentation as required for accounting and reconciliation purposes.
• Maintain effective communication with network representatives and coordinators.
• Support media buyers in booking processes and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).
• Strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with time-sensitive awareness.
