(USA) Product Manager III
* Lead product roadmap and vision for Spark’s member experience across mobile, web, and communication touchpoints* Improve customer satisfaction and engagement by designing features that reduce friction and drive retention* Enhance the internal platform used by operations and support teams to manage the community, communication, and segmentation* Collaborate with Customer Care to optimize issue resolution workflows and reduce support volume* Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Data Science, and Ops to align platform capabilities with privacy, compliance, and growth goals* Monitor product performance using behavioral data and customer feedback, and use those insights to prioritize future work* Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field* 3+ years of experience in Product Management* Demonstrated success managing consumer-facing digital experiences (web or mobile)* Experience improving internal tools or platforms used by operations, support, or community teams* Proficient in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFifty years ago, Sam Walton started a single mom-and-pop shop and transformed it into the world's biggest retailer.
