At Roblox, we are looking for a strategic leader to take on the role of Senior Manager of Vendor Operations and Compliance. This leader will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the comprehensive vendor governance framework across the entire organization, ensuring operational efficiency, critical risk mitigation, and adherence to all legal and corporate standards within a complex, highly regulated global environment.

Reporting to the Director of Global Operations, you will provide strategic oversight for all aspects of vendor operations and compliance. You will manage a high-performing team, engage executive stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the vendor lifecycle — from due diligence to performance offboarding.

You Will

• Define and execute the comprehensive vendor governance and compliance strategy across the organization.
• Lead the team and manage performance across all critical vendor operations processes and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant vendor compliance issues, breaches, or performance failures.
• Oversee new vendor integration, ensuring robust due diligence, contracting, and compliance readiness.
• Align BPO operational performance, capacity, and staffing with necessary business demand and risk mitigation.
• Report on vendor risk posture and operational performance to senior leadership and the board.
• Drive initiatives for continuous operational excellence, efficiency, and vendor lifecycle maturity.

You Have

• 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Global Operations; 4+ years in a management or leadership role.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and develop high-performing teams, establishing clear accountability for results.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders on sensitive risk topics.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to convert complex data and performance metrics into organizational strategy.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page .

Annual Salary Range

$206,460—$242,640 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
