Senior Manager, Vendor Operations & Compliance
- Define and execute the comprehensive vendor governance and compliance strategy across the organization.
- Lead the team and manage performance across all critical vendor operations processes and service delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for significant vendor compliance issues, breaches, or performance failures.
- Oversee new vendor integration, ensuring robust due diligence, contracting, and compliance readiness.
- Align BPO operational performance, capacity, and staffing with necessary business demand and risk mitigation.
- Report on vendor risk posture and operational performance to senior leadership and the board.
- Drive initiatives for continuous operational excellence, efficiency, and vendor lifecycle maturity.
- 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Global Operations; 4+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and develop high-performing teams, establishing clear accountability for results.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders on sensitive risk topics.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to convert complex data and performance metrics into organizational strategy.
