  • Coordinate with our Engineering Leadership to understand Engineering’s needs and requirements in the planning process to ensure consistent and timely delivery from the Product org
  • Coordinate with our Business Leadership to help ensure timely delivery of planning themes, guidance, and feedback.
  • Manage recurring technical forums and leadership reviews (e.g., product launch tracking, Monthly Tech Day, and OKR/tech reviews) to drive alignment, transparency, and accountability
  • Lead strategic storytelling and relationship building to elevate the visibility of Tech work across other orgs, driving awareness, understanding, and stronger cross-functional collaboration

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Technical Operations
  • Large scale project management experience
  • Understanding of planning frameworks and tools (e.g. Agile, Jira)

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Analytical expertise
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and evolving priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a bias toward action—able to prioritize ruthlessly, execute efficiently, and deliver on time.
  • Comfortable managing both strategy and execution—balancing big-picture planning with hands-on ownership of tools, workflows, and deliverables.
  • A self-starter who is organized, resourceful, and constantly looking for ways to optimize systems, improve visibility, and drive impact.
