Job Description:

And for our merchants, the wallet helps bring them customers, amplifying their growth, loyalty and marketing campaigns.We are hiring for a Sr Lead Product Manager - SmartWallet, focused on driving exceptional customer experiences for setting up and managing the SmartWallet in the PayPal app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Customers:Advocate for users, ensuring PayPal solutions meet their needs for fast, reliable, and confident transactions.
  • Learn Deliberately:Develop and execute learning plans to uncover customer needs, leveraging research, data, and insights.
  • Prioritize Diligently:Focus on fewer, high-impact initiatives to deliver quality outcomes efficiently.
  • Seek Truth:Design experiments and conduct research to validate hypotheses and improve customer experiences.
  • Execute Effectively:Lead a scrum team to bring product plans to life, delivering impactful solutions to our customers.
  • Be Accountable:Own the success and failures of product experiences, maintaining accountability for both customer and business results.

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with an MBA.
  • 10+ years of hands-on software product management experience, particularly in web and mobile applications.
  • Heavy consumer-facing experience, including building 0 to 1 products
  • Strong technical acumen with experience integrating with multiple third-party systems.
  • Proven track record of bias for action, and in developing and launching consumer products with significant daily usage.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity.
  • Resilience and adaptability; you see obstacles as opportunities and value feedback as a tool for growth.
