For our consumers, the wallet makes PayPal the smartest and most rewarding way to pay. And for our merchants, the wallet helps bring them customers, amplifying their growth, loyalty and marketing campaigns.We are hiring for a Sr Lead Product Manager - SmartWallet, focused on driving exceptional customer experiences for setting up and managing the SmartWallet in the PayPal app. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Customers:Advocate for users, ensuring PayPal solutions meet their needs for fast, reliable, and confident transactions.
- Learn Deliberately:Develop and execute learning plans to uncover customer needs, leveraging research, data, and insights.
- Prioritize Diligently:Focus on fewer, high-impact initiatives to deliver quality outcomes efficiently.
- Seek Truth:Design experiments and conduct research to validate hypotheses and improve customer experiences.
- Execute Effectively:Lead a scrum team to bring product plans to life, delivering impactful solutions to our customers.
- Be Accountable:Own the success and failures of product experiences, maintaining accountability for both customer and business results.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with an MBA.
- 10+ years of hands-on software product management experience, particularly in web and mobile applications.
- Heavy consumer-facing experience, including building 0 to 1 products
- Strong technical acumen with experience integrating with multiple third-party systems.
- Proven track record of bias for action, and in developing and launching consumer products with significant daily usage.
- Strategic and tactical thinking with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Resilience and adaptability; you see obstacles as opportunities and value feedback as a tool for growth.
- Work with a highly customer-centric team committed to delivering impactful solutions.
