Sr. Technical Program Manager, Drive Inverter
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Drive Inverter. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the development and introduction of new drive inverter technologies, products, and processes, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence to quality and timelines. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the launch of new Drive Inverter designs, collaborating with various teams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. What You'll Do Act as engineering program owner for drive inverter program launches and design improvementsManage drive inverter build plans, parts logistics, and support robust engineering build executionCoordinate design changes with cross-functional teams and support their cut-in into productionTrack and maintain key component and program metrics including schedule, reliability, performance, cost, and massLead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering engineering programs for drive inverterFoster open communication among cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaborationProactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies What You'll Bring Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experienceProven success managing complex engineering programs from concept to productionExpertise in project management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologiesStrong technical aptitude in manufacturing processes (e.g., automation, DFMEA)Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong technical communication abilityAbility to drive improvements across a global interdisciplinary team Benefits
