Marketing Content Designer
- Content Design: Participate in monthly content brainstorming sessions to understand design and content needs and execute design work accordingly.
- Create and design monthly content for social and digital outlets, works closely with Digital & Social Media Managers on projects including LTO boxes, social content, email campaigns, and monthly activations.
- Field & Execute brand-approved ad-hoc design work requested by cross-functional partners.
- Field and execute ad-hoc design work requested by cross-functional partners, such as mock-ups for presentations, menu panel revisions, and signage changes.
- Provide support for internal creative needs, including sizzle reels, board presentations, and other projects as required.
- Brand Creative: Oversee the development of creative content and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Manage PR Box sourcing and shipping, Swag and Event support.
- Manage the creative agency of record and maintain a cohesive and compelling brand image.
- Manage the creative asset library and act as a backup for scheduling and publishing content on social and digital channels.
- Support social media efforts by curating user-generated content and refreshing content for social reports, scheduling and push-live.
- Manage creative updates for the company website and support brand content creation.
- Marketing Planning Support:
- Engage in creative concepting and brainstorming with the team during monthly content meetings and annual planning sessions.
- Support Operations and New Restaurant Openings. This involves delivering final directions and a list of deliverables for printing and shipping, managing tracking and replacement boxes, and addressing any ad-hoc signage needs.
- Coordinate the merchandising for LTO restaurants in collaboration with print and logistics agencies.
- Facilitate and oversee NRO asset needs, serving as the main point of contact for real estate signage vetting and approvals.
- Support operations tests by managing signage panels and conducting audits of restaurant layouts, signage, and merchandising details. Assist in making any necessary one-off adjustments to marketing materials.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for restaurant site design requirements, including handling marketing spend reporting for landlords and ensuring that general signage direction complies with landlord requirements.
- Provide support for research initiatives, including drafting concepts and designing visuals using a templated approach. Create mockups and stimuli for research purposes.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to identify competitive threats and opportunities, thereby maintaining the brand's competitive edge. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive experience in digital and social media marketing, with a deep understanding of current trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Strong expertise in branding and brand management, with the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand image across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth, utilizing innovative marketing strategies and research for problem detection.
- Expertise in content creation, must have portfolio for review.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in web-based graphics including formatting, optimization, and on-screen considerations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of directly related industry experience and a proven track record of successful brand building, product, and graphic design.
- Experience with design platforms (Asana, Hootsuite experience a plus), content creation, passion for social and digital marketing.
- Background and passion for the food industry and retail food preparation desirable.
