Litigation Paralegal – Labor & Employment
Impact Bridge is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Labor & Employment practice. Role Overview
This position supports attorneys handling employment-related litigation and advisory matters. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and legal staff to manage cases from inception through resolution, contributing to high-quality work in a collaborative, professional environment.
This role is well-suited for an experienced paralegal who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Support litigation matters from case initiation through resolution
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and organize electronic case files and discovery materials
- Assist with document productions and document review processes
- Support deposition, hearing, and trial preparation
- Help track deadlines, filings, and case milestones
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate work
- Provide responsive and professional internal client support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Formal paralegal training or equivalent professional experience
- Prior litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Proficiency with standard legal and office technology tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
