Branch Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and staff to achieve branch goals
- Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling and ensuring high service quality
- Manage branch budgets, monitor expenses, and drive operational and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing and resolving service concerns promptly
- Recruit and onboard new team members as needed
Qualifications
- SPCB Branch Field Representative License (required)
- Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Categories A, B, and M (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in operational or team management roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
