Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record patient observations.
- Assist with wound care, catheter insertion, and other clinical tasks.
- Support patients with hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility and HIPAA standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in any clinical setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Willingness to take on travel assignments as needed.
