- To greet prospects and conduct professional property tours
- To apply Fair Housing knowledge during all interactions
- To close sales and meet leasing goals
- To use property management software to process applications
- To maintain strong market knowledge and customer service
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous leasing consultant experience
- Fair Housing knowledge
- Strong sales‑closing skills
- Market knowledge for competitive positioning
- Experience with property management software
- Industry experience in multifamily housing
- Ability to start immediately
Schedule & Pay
- Tues–Sat | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- $22/hr
- Contract role • Immediate start
