Step into a key accounting role supporting a busy property management operation. You’ll handle daily AP/AR functions, log rent collections, and keep financial records accurate and organized. This is a great contract‑to‑hire opportunity for someone with both Accounting + AppFolio experience who’s ready to start immediately.
Job Description
- To manage AP and AR functions accurately and on time
- To log and track rent collections and resident ledgers
- To maintain organized financial records and reporting
- To process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- To utilize AppFolio daily for all accounting functions
Required Qualifications
- Must have accounting experience
- Must have AppFolio experience
- Experience with AP, AR, and rent collection processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite and independently
- Reliable property management accounting background
- Property management industry experience (preferred)
- Experience as a bookkeeper or property accountant
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Schedule & Pay
- Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- $30–$33/hr based on experience
- Onsite • Contract‑to‑Hire • Immediate Start
