Order Desk CSR
Construction industry experience The CSR is the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through accurate order entry, product support, and issue resolution. Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with sales, showroom, and warehouse teams, handling customer inquiries, and supporting daily branch operations. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and organizational skills. Experience with order entry systems, inventory management, and sales support is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 25 lbs., and collaborate effectively across departments. Forklift certification is a plus.
