Recruiter
- Manage high-volume recruiting activities, including calling, screening, calendaring, and attending on-site interview days.
- Coordinate the interview process by gathering client feedback and ensuring timely communication.
- Support the hiring process for roles such as Packagers and Machine Operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Drive the workflow independently while collaborating with onsite HR and supporting recruiters remotely.
- Utilize organizational skills and high-volume experience to meet urgent staffing needs.
- Proven recruiting experience in a high-volume or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to quickly jump in, make calls, and seek out feedback efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate fast-paced, high-volume hiring efforts.
- Employment Type: Project
- Compensation: $30 – $40 hourly
