Employment litigation law firm in Pasadena is seeking experienced litigation legal secretary with 2-5 years of experience.
We offer a competitive benefit package and promote a team-oriented environment.
Strong litigation and communication skills.
Prepare and Draft basic pleadings such as Notice of Deposition, Declarations, etc.
Create Table of Contents/Authorities.
Knowledge of e-file in State and Federal courts with ease.
Strong knowledge of MS Word and Word Perfect.
Experience creating trial and administrative hearing binders preferred.
Knowledge of Compulaw Vision calendaring program is a plus. Excellent organizational and prioritizing ability.
Motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented.
