Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily manage dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Cover routes in New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, and Colorado.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
