Senior Accountant (Bilingual Korean / English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial records.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Tax Preparation and Filing: Preparing and filing tax returns.
- Auditing Support: Assisting with both internal and external audits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with other team members and departments to resolve financial matters.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors in financial records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is typically required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools. (ex) MICROSOFT 365 / QUICKBOOK / BASIC SKILL OF EXCEL
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and meticulousness are essential for maintaining financial records.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for collaborating with others.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 3 or more experience
- English (Required)
- Korean (Preferred)
