We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support in verifying vendor orders and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is hands-on and accuracy-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and an eagerness to learn. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing order processing and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:
• Monitor and manage a shared email inbox for incoming vendor orders.
• Confirm that order items, quantities, and prices match internal system records.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Bring:
• 1–5 years of office or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes (training provided).
Contract Details:
• 3+ month contract role.
• Potential to transition into other temporary assignments depending on workload and business needs.
This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
