Third Party Sales Management Specialist (FMS)
- Provide consolidated Security Cooperation support across the full case lifecycle for Foreign Military Sales and Building Partner Capacity activities within client claimants.
- Advise, train, and support personnel on Security Cooperation policies, processes, procedures, and case execution requirements.
- Coordinate with client leadership and organizations to ensure alignment with Security Cooperation policy and operational requirements.
- Liaise with client, and other DoD stakeholders to facilitate efficient execution of Security Cooperation and FMS operations.
- Conduct quality control reviews of FMS and BPC Letter of Offer and Acceptance data to verify compliance with applicable policies and standards.
- Perform DSAMS control point functions, including receiving official SA/FMS taskings, assigning cases to Case Managers, and coordinating case development actions with NIPO staff.
- Support Security Cooperation digitalization initiatives by improving process efficiency and maintaining SharePoint-based tracking tools, metrics, and reporting.
- Assist the SSCO Director in developing briefings, recommendations, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications for client leadership, and related partners.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 8+ years of experience in 3rd party sales support of Foreign Military Sales.
- 5 + years of experience supporting and building partner capacity and exchange agreements.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Master's Degree Preferred.
- Additional language proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of ITAR and Export control policies strongly preferred.
- SharePoint certification
- PMP or other professional certification.
