TalentOne is on the search for a Customer Service repts, willing to provide admin support for a well-established company in the city of Placentia Ca.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am – 4pm)
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Convert and manage job-related reports using Excel.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Maintain records of activity.
- Scan, name, and file documents to the CALI server according to company standards.
- Handle additional office tasks such as mailing, filing, supporting the front desk when needed, etc.
- Demonstrate ability to work with confidential data and follow standard office procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry, administrative support, or general clerical work
- Experience working in a manufacturing or sales office environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 45 works per minute with high level of accuracy
