Customer Service Representative
Robert is looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to customer concerns.
- Assist with order processing and follow-up as needed.
- Contribute to achieving team goals and maintaining customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
