Luxury Sales Representative
Bravas is the #1 traditional custom integrator nationwide, installing and servicing high-end home automation solutions for predominantly residential customers. Bravas creates state-of-the-art smart home technology solutions that include everything from lighting, shades, and A/V to networking, security systems, power management, and more. Job Summary:
The Luxury Sales Representative involves all aspects of quoting, ordering, tracking, and assisting with general customer needs. The Homeowner Sales Representative must be comfortable with being the front-line contact for the company, handling high-volume transactions and long-time customer relationships, being an organized multitasker, who finds creative solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- This position is directly responsible for driving sales with existing clients in a specified Bravas sales territory
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quota
- Identify existing customers who are a good fit for upsell or cross-sell and reach out to them through in-person visits, calling and emailing
- Follow up on inbound leads from Bravas service technicians
- Adhere to required KPIs of the role including number of outreaches, proposals generated and closed pipeline
- Follow the required company sales processes including entering leads into CRM, pricing deals within the approved discount levels and providing weekly sales forecast
- 2 years of inside sales experience
- An aptitude for building long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to educate customers on company products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales
- Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organization skills
- Strong phone presence and quick connection skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
