Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist

Day in the life
As the go-to Maintenance Specialist, you’ll maintain and improve production equipment, site facilities, and critical assets. You’ll be the first call to diagnose complex equipment issues, restore uptime quickly, and partner with operators and management to keep the line safe and efficient.
What you’ll do
- Service and sustain production machinery, facility systems, and plant assets
- Own troubleshooting for complex equipment applications used in production
- Create and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Conduct machine safety inspections and champion safe work practices
- Work across 120/208/240/480 voltage systems for industrial electrical repairs
- Collaborate closely with technicians, operators, and leadership to communicate status and solutions
What you bring
- Training/education or equivalent experience in an industrial maintenance trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid Power, Machining, Welding, etc.)
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Consistent safe work habits and strong communication with peers and management
