What Youll Do

Build and scale production AI agents and workflows from 0 1.

Architect large-scale backend systems using Python and TypeScript.

Ship high-impact features quickly, with an ownership mindset.

Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Cloud Code) for faster delivery.

Collaborate closely with founders to shape product and technical direction.

What Were Looking For

6-8 years of software engineering experience, with shipped large-scale LLM/agent systems.

Background as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a SeedSeries B startup.

Some large-tech experience working on complex, scalable systems.

Strong grasp of Python, TypeScript, infrastructure, and LLM/agent system design.

Clear communication on technical trade-offs and strong product intuition.

Builder DNA hackathon wins, notable open-source projects, or personal builds.

Nice to Have

Top-tier academic background in CS or AI research.

What Were Not Looking For

Researchers or AI scientists without production engineering experience this is a

full-stack/backend role first and foremost.
