Distribution Sales Manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A Distribution Sales Manager will focus on building trustful, committed distributors at the highest organizational level, leading to sales growth of TP-Link. The key role is to ensure that our indirect channel partners are aggressively representing and promoting TP-Link branded products, in all their activities. Along with focusing on the distributors, the distribution sales manager will also help support other TP-Link Sales team members, to ensure that TP-Link is maximizing our opportunities in the channel for growth.
WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:
- Achieve Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link Enterprise Channel. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth, by forecasting and driving inventory at the distribution level.
- Directs the selling activities with targeted distribution promotions, focused on new product launches, overstocked merchandise at TP-Link, and product life cycle. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Efficiently communicate with the regional sales team, while working in conjunction with the other TP-Link business teams and TP-Link Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of everyday sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in networking, surveillance security industry
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Experience with managing enterprise electronics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment with a 2-tier approach
- Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
- Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
- Able to Travel as needed
Benefits
Compensation $90,000- $100,000
