Job Description:
Support and scale recurring partner training events by owning logistics, communications, and operational execution end-to-end.

This role supports the rapid scaling of recurring partner training events by taking full ownership of logistics and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex event operations with multiple stakeholders. Looking for someone who can build structure, improve processes, and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for recurring in-person training events
• Manage venue, catering, AV, security, and vendor relationships
• Serve as onsite point of contact for event execution and troubleshooting
• Draft and manage attendee communications (invites, reminders, follow-ups)
• Oversee registration lifecycle and maintain accurate attendee rosters
• Build templates, runbooks, and checklists for repeatable program execution
• Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Support scaling of programs to additional locations and audiences

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 2 years of experience coordinating in-person events, training programs, or complex logistics (preferably in tech)
  • Strong operational, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Experience executing large-scale events with 200 attendees
  • Excellent written communication skills for external-facing messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Proven ability to create and maintain trackers, templates, and runbooks
  • Calm, proactive problem-solving approach in fast-paced environments
  • Availability to be onsite in San Francisco for event days
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Background in program management, field marketing, or operations
  • Experience with partner enablement, training delivery, or onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with event tools (e.g., Swoogo) and LMS platforms (e.g., Skilljar)
  • Experience scaling programs across regions or locations
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments
