About This Role

The VP of Product – North America will set the regional product direction and orchestrate seamless collaboration between customer-facing teams and product/engineering to address the unique needs of enterprise clients. You'll gather market intelligence, steer feature development, and partner with leadership to achieve vital business objectives. Your vision and execution will be critical to Plotline’s rapid scaling in a dynamic, tech-forward market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and champion Plotline’s product vision for North America in alignment with global strategy

  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, feature enhancements, and integrations based on evolving customer needs

  • Lead competitive analysis and drive product differentiation in the region

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure product launch excellence and successful customer adoption

  • Define value propositions and create materials for sales enablement

  • Build relationships with strategic customers and partners to inform platform direction

Product Development & Execution

  • Guide product requirements from discovery through delivery in collaboration with engineering

  • Establish and evangelize a regional product roadmap that addresses complex enterprise and mid-market use cases

  • Implement feedback loops with customers and internal teams to continuously improve the product

Team Leadership

  • Attract, develop, and mentor top product talent as the team grows

  • Foster a data-driven, customer-centric culture within the North American product org

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or a related tech environment

  • 3+ years managing or scaling regional product teams, preferably with North America focus

  • Track record of shipping successful products or platform features for enterprise customers
