The Role

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing & Communication and lead marketing strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. You'll be at the crossroads of data, creativity, and strategy—designing and executing initiatives that fuel our ambitious growth goals.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a builder. While we are an established and well-funded company, our marketing growth engine is still in its early stages. This role requires a balance of high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

Develop & Execute Growth Strategies - Build a data-driven marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
Lead Demand Generation - Oversee lead generation campaigns, nurture funnels, and account-based marketing initiatives to support sales.
Optimize Performance Marketing - Manage paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO) to drive measurable ROI.
Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Analyze & Improve - Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team - Grow and mentor a marketing team while managing agency partnerships.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in growth-focused roles.
Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing and demand generation across channels like paid search, paid social, events, partnerships, and email marketing.
Previous experience in a startup environment is a strong plus.

Skills & Mindset:

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
A data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented approach with a growth mindset.
