LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fairfield, California.

Case Management - RN . -May be assigned any of the acute care units i.e. Med-surg, Med-tele, Surgical, ICU, possibly ED -Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school or college. BSN required -Licensure: Current California state RN license. Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred. -Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute clinical nursing experience required. Minimum 2 years Case Management experience is required. -CERNER AND EPIC preferred. -5x8hr shifts weekly 8AM- 4:30PM, May be a mix of weekends and weekdays based on department needs. -ED experience would be a huge asset.
