Your impact

• Run and optimize diamond CNC jobs to meet schedule, quality, and specification targets.
• Maintain diamond tooling health through inspection, cleaning, and proper brazing.
• Partner with the department supervisor to align workload, machine utilization, and customer requirements.
• Coach peers, share best practices, and address individual training needs.
• Verify quality at each stage; serve as the trusted point of contact for quality inquiries.
• Keep meticulous records for tooling and machine operations.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs to maximize uptime.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 5+ years in CNC machining environments (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑axis CNC equipment and production setups.
• Blueprint and schematic literacy; precision measurement expertise (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Mathematical agility with decimals, fractions, and whole numbers.
• Commitment to manufacturing safety and housekeeping standards.

Problem‑solving and reasoning

• Confidently perform calculations across units of measure; apply fractions and decimals in tool measurements.

• Extended standing; frequent hand and arm activity during machining and tool handling.
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and tools.
